Agreement By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
This website is for the purpose of communicating prices and availability, it should therefore not be regarded as an offer, purely as an invitation to treat.
All contracts concluded between Apollo Travel Limited and you the customer are subject to our standard terms and conditions. A contract is only concluded when we accept your offer by sending you confirmation of our acceptance. Our acceptance is effective when sent by us. The contractual document is contained in the acceptance from us of your offer, and our terms and conditions which are incorporated into the acceptance and excludes any other representations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This Site and its Holiday Services are only available to people who, and parties that may, lawfully enter into and form contracts under UK law. You must be aged 18 years or more to book a Holiday Service from this Site and there must be at least one adult (18 years or more) travelling on any one booking.
This website is for use by members of the public only to make direct bookings with the various holiday companies featured. We DO NOT accept bookings made by travel agents or other agents on behalf of members of the public. Any bookings made in contravention of this rule will be notified and cancelled.
Access to this Site is free. However, you access and use it entirely at your own risk. Except as stated in these Terms of Use we make no representations or warranties in respect of the Site, its contents or performance and all conditions and warranties that might otherwise be implied by statute or at common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Price and Availability Information The prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input, however we reserve the right to change our prices or other details at any time. Prices may go up or down. Our sales consultants will confirm the correct price or advise of any amendments before the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to withdraw these prices without notice.
Each appropriate Tour Operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flight and routes.
All holiday and flight prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include all taxes, resort transfers and flight meals may apply to selected holidays.
For call centre bookings, please note an £11.00 per peson booking fee will be applied. Please note that the prices quoted on this website are supplied directly from tour operators. As members of The Co-operative Travel, Apollo Travel Limited are working to encourage operators to include all unavoidable charges in their quoted prices. We believe this will provide greater transparency and give customers a fairer basis for comparing prices.

Bookings Each appropriate Tour Operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flight and routes.All customers who make a booking as a result of information contained within this website are required to hold a valid 10 year passport. Any children under 16 who are not included on a valid 10 year passport will need to hold their own passport when travelling abroad. Apollo Travel Limited will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel.
New Passport Regulations are now in place for first time adult passport applications (aged 16 or over). As part of the passport application process, interviews are now required to support your passport application. This is to ensure that your identity is protected, so allow enough time for your passport application to be processed.
It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following;
a) Criminal Offences (USA Visitors – Persons wishing to travel to the USA that have any criminal records including driving offences, must declare these at the time of booking).b) Machine readable passports required for travel to USA. c) Previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting.
Charges will be incurred for any amendments made to a booking or travel arrangement.
It is a condition of booking that you take out adequate insurance either by taking out our special holiday insurance or by arranging another policy that offers the same or greater protection.
The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to provisions of the Warsaw convention (as amended if applicable) national legislation and the carriers conditions of carriage.
Data Privacy We comply with all applicable data protection legislation as detailed by the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Information about you may be passed to other companies within Co-operative Group Limited for administration, marketing and analysis purposes and for customer surveys and market research.
We collect information such as name, address and date of birth when an enquiry is generated, or a booking is made. We may contact you by mail, telephone, fax or email to let you know about any other products, services or promotions that may be of interest to you.
Information/personal data will not be passed onto any external 3rd party organisations outside of The Co-operative Travel. Your information may from time to time be used to promote the fantastic offers from other Co-operative Group Limited companies.We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to your insurers (if you apply for insurance), security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, for debt collection purposes or as required by law.
Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. When making a booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.) We will not however pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give us such as details of any disabilites, or dietary/religious requirments.
If we change our Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted here, so that you are always kept informed of how we collect and use the information, and when we would disclose it. Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to the changed policy.
